Refund Policy

请在付款前阅读本社的预订条款，您的成功支付代表已经阅读并同意所预订产品的预订条款。

Please read our booking terms before making a payment. Your successful payment indicates that you have read and agreed to the booking terms for the product you have reserved.

｜付款方式 Payment Methods

  • 共有4种付款方式：VISA/Master 信用卡支付，GlobePay（微信支付宝）支付，Payment Gateway，银行转账。

There are four payment methods available: VISA/Mastercard credit card, GlobePay (WeChat/Alipay), Payment Gateway, and bank transfer.

  • 网上直接下单产品已经包含交易手续费，请直接选择您需要的支付方式进行在线支付。

Products purchased online directly include transaction fees. Please select the payment method you prefer for online payment.

  • 如果是定制产品需要通过人工电子账单形式进行下单，需要额外收取信用卡手续费3.2% （非常抱歉本公司不解释AMEX），GlobePay 2.3%交易手续费。

For customized products, orders must be placed via an electronic invoice, which will incur an additional credit card fee of 3.2% (we apologize, but we do not support AMEX), and a 2.3% transaction fee for GlobePay.

  • 银行转账：请英镑转账并选择自行承担手续费。英国之内免手续费，英国以外转账在订单总额上需加收£6/笔银行手续费。请在转账之后把银行水单发至客服。

Bank transfer: Please transfer in GBP and choose to bear the transaction fees. No fees within the UK, but for international transfers, an additional £6 per transaction will be charged. Please send the bank transfer receipt to our customer service after the transfer.

 

｜产品汇率 Product Exchange Rate

  • 本公司所有产品价格以英镑结算。

All product prices are settled in GBP.

  • 欧洲游产品在产品说明中列明其欧元价格，为了便于管理，统一定价，全年欧洲产品以英镑价格是以1:0.9计算得出。

For European tour products, the Euro price is specified in the product description. To streamline management and ensure consistent pricing, the GBP price for European products is calculated at a 1:0.9 exchange rate for the entire year.

If you need to make a payment in euros, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm the payment account and exchange rate.

 

  • 如需以人民币结算，请扫描本公司支付宝或微信跨境账户进行支付。输入英镑支付金额后，支付宝或微信跨境账户将按照实时汇率转换为人民币。

    If you wish to pay in RMB, please scan our company's Alipay or WeChat cross-border account for payment. Enter the amount in GBP, and the Alipay or WeChat cross-border account will convert it to RMB at the real-time exchange rate.
